Whilst Ian Fleming created the character of Blofeld for the James Bond movies, Mike Myers created the character of Doctor Evil for the Austin Powers movies, a character obsessed with world domination and power. Played by Mike Myers himself Doctor Evil is always plotting to take over the world together with his side-kick Mini Me, a dwarf clone of Doctor Evil.

In the third of the films, Doctor Evil reveals that he is actually Austin Power's twin brother separated at birth following a car crash and was raised by Belgians, thus becoming so twisted and evil as happens. Here with this Doctor Evil soundboard you can recreate popular sayings from the movie.
