Edward Walter Furlong was born on August 2nd, 1977 and is best known to film audiences as John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Daniel Vinyard in American History X.

Edward Furlong was a 12 year old boy hanging out at the Pasadena Boys & Girls Club, when he was "discovered" by a casting director, who asked him to audition as the young "John Connor" in what was to be his first acting role.

Furlong was dropped from 2003's Terminator 3 when it became clear to the film's producers that there was a strong chance he'd either turn up inebriated or not at all.
