Don't watch this kick boxing injury video is you're of a squeamish nature. Its going to hurt to watch, but no where near as painful as it must have felt when the kick boxing took out the poor guy's leg. A Michael Owen special no less. (Except this guy probably recovered from his injuries quicker.)
